The Peterborough Telegraph Business Excellence Awards are the region’s premier business awards celebrating excellence and the achievements of an array of different businesses, working in multiple areas. The twelve categories highlight the stand-out people and businesses in Greater Peterborough who are developing the economy, generate employment and are making a positive contribution to the local community.

The night was mainly hosted by Kev Lawrence, a well known presenter for Peterborough City Radio and included incredible guest speaker, Simon Weston CBE.

Growth Works had the pleasure of sponsoring the ‘Innovation of the Year’ award. This award recognises a company that successfully applies any form of innovation, celebrating the ideas that have had the greatest impact on an organisation or industry. Whether the innovation is a new product, service or a culture of improvement. The winner was announced by Gareth Preece, Managing Director of Growth Works with Skills.
A congratulations is in order as Loaded Bikes took home the ‘Innovation of the Year’ award. Game Shop Swap UK, also nominated for the award, were worthy competitors and we extend our congratulations to both.
