Alan Todd

Alan Todd uses his extensive and successful experience as a Senior Banker in Cambridge and then 10 years as a Finance Director to work with businesses to ensure that they have all the financial information to make sound business decisions and improve performance of the business. He is also an Appointed Representative with Pegasus Funding Solutions and can source appropriate funding for different stages of a Company’s development.

Alan also has experience as a facilitator on European Regional Development Fund facilitator and this has given him an excellent understanding of grant funding opportunities for SME’s and how to access it. The areas which Alan has specialist knowledge and experience are:

  • Budget setting in line with the Strategic Plans for the business
  • Regular monitoring of the performance of the business to ensure that it is on-track and advise on corrective action
  • Assisting companies to locate the appropriate funding tailored to their circumstances
