Dennis Embleton

Dennis is a successful entrepreneur having started his own business from scratch in 1996. He built the business to over £20 million turnover and having started as the sole employee he ended up with 92 full time employees. He built the sales both in the UK and all over the world exhibiting in Chicago, Frankfurt, Paris & the UK. He successfully sold the business to a Dutch company in 2006 and remained as managing director until October 2015.

Subsequently he was involved in another start up business in the scented candle sector and was then Sales director for a domestic pest control business called STV International until January 2020.

Dennis has excellent HR and people skills and successfully recruited a dedicated and impassioned workforce. He also handled all the banking side of the business & kept a very careful eye on overheads and general costs keeping these to the required minimum to ensure strong profitability but also maintaining efficiency and most importantly of all customer satisfaction. Pulling all of these things together in a consistent way allowed him to sell his business for £10 million just 10 years after he started it.

What appeals to him most about supporting SME business owners is that he has a wealth of experience in this field which he would love to share with the owners and would be proud to help them grow sales, profitability and to improve the work/life balance of the owners & their team.
