Harry Harris

Harry has built and managed teams raging from small agile start-ups seeking growth to established organisations with multiple sites. He has led teams through change and growth, along with using his deep understanding of organisational culture to form effective teams which shape sustainable growth.

From 1988, he worked in the food manufacturing sector firstly in production and then logistics management. Working with teams to fulfil targets in a fast moving sector, he established highly motivated individuals who fitted into highly effective teams and were self learning and problem solving. Since 1999, he recreated these team models in his own businesses in the retail, service and hospitality sectors.

Since 2016, Harry has worked with Government backed and Local Authority business advisory and was a Senior Executive of a national apprenticeship training organisation, supplying high quality apprenticeship training to major UK organisations and helping them to identify training and skills gaps.
