Julian Webb

Julian has worked in high profile senior leadership roles within the Manufacturing Sector (Food Industry, Electronics, Engineering, Textiles) for over 35 years and continues to provide workshops, mentoring, coaching and consulting for Directors and senior managers in a range of industries.

With a passion for helping businesses to grow and scale their operation, Julian has developed excellent partnerships with Innovate UK EDGE, the British Business Bank, the Department of International Trade, regional Growth Hubs and Investor Angel networks. Julian works with numerous Associates to support clients in raising the finance they need to grow their business.

With a background in Finance, Julian utilises focused problem solving and data analysis skills to identify opportunities for marginal improvements across all aspects of business. Julian is described by his clients as honest, proactive, compassionate and collaborative. They refer to his capacity to actively listen with an ability to re-frame problems and challenges from what he has “heard”.

Key qualifications

Julian has a BA in Business Studies from West of England University and qualified as a Cost and Management Accountant in the 1980s. An active member of CIMA, he has been appointed as the IoD Vice Chair for Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
